ANTI-FLASH RUST INHIBITOR
BOR-8 Anti-Flash rust treatment is a very highly concentrated additive for use in water or water-based solutions, pressure cleaning and Hydro Blasting equipment. BOR-8 Anti-Flash will be enough to prevent flash rusting on water blast cleaned steel for up to 3 weeks. BOR-8 can also be used as a dipping solution to prevent flash rusting on small components that have had the rust removed (e.g. used after non-acid rust removers that leave the surface very clean but do not contain an inhibitor)
BOR-8 can be painted without the need to neutralise the surface.
Available in 1 litre, 5 litre and 20 litre drums.

Directions of Use
|
Apply neat to blast cleaned or power tool cleaned steel and allow to dry. Bor-8 will stop flash rusting for a minimum 14 days depending n the exposure conditions.

Cleaning
|
Brushes and equipment used can be washed clean in fresh water.

|
Wear suitable protective clothing, gloves, mask, eye and face protection.
